This Shipping Policy explains how orders from Elsewhere are shipped, and applies to all orders placed at elsewherehome.store.
Where We Ship
Elsewhere currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship to Canada or internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it ships.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 business days, for a total estimated delivery window of 3–5 business days from the time your order is placed. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — remote areas or carrier delays can extend delivery time.
Shipping Costs
- Orders of $50 or more: Free shipping
- Orders under $50: $9.00 flat rate
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If your order hasn't arrived within your estimated delivery window and you haven't received an update, contact us and we'll look into it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears lost in transit, email us at tryelsewherescents@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it.
